The High Court rejected petitions submitted by both Arkia and Israir airlines against a permit granted to El Al to operate flights to Eilat.
Arkia and Israir were both charged for all court expenses which the Transport Ministry paid.
El Al also submitted a petition to receive a permit to fly six times a day rather than three times. However the petition was denied.
