Hot air balloon accident causes western Negev power cuts

A hot air balloon collided with a power line in the western Negev on Tuesday morning, leading to power cuts in Kibbutz Ruhama.

The pilot, who was practicing for the upcoming Red South festival, was unharmed and the hot air balloon was not damaged.
