The IAF on Sunday struck targets associated with terror activity in the northern Gaza Strip, including a terrorist who was making last minute preparations to launch a rocket at the city of Ashdod, the IDF Spokesman's Office said in a written statement.

The IAF reported direct hits on its targets, reiterating in the statement that it holds Hamas responsible for all terror activity emanating from Gaza and it will continue to respond forcefully to attacks on Israeli citizens.
