Israel Defense Forces neutralized an explosive device on Thursday morning that was placed on the border fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip, the IDF confirmed.

The explosive was placed there during weekly Friday demonstrations several weeks ago, at the same time as the device that detonated on February 17 in the incident that injured four IDF soldiers.
