IDF troops have set up checkpoints throughout the West Bank and have blocked all the roads leading to the town of Tulkarm, Israel Radio quoted Palestinian sources as saying overnight Thursday. Security forces were searching for the terrorists who murdered 45-year-old Rabbi Meir Chai in a drive-by shooting near Shavei Shomron on Thursday afternoon.
