India's Mumbai on alert; terror plot suspected

Police say they have launched a manhunt for four men who they believe entered Mumbai to carry out a terrorist attack.
Police official Himanshu Roy says police have received credible information that at least four men belonging to the Pakistan-based militant group blamed for the 2008 Mumbai siege have entered the city. They are believed to be plotting an attack during the holiday season.
Roy said Friday that the men are planning "violent attacks that are going to cause destruction."
A three-day siege of the Indian financial capital in November 2008 left 166 people dead.
