Indonesia volcano erupts once again

Indonesia — Indonesia's deadly volcano erupted again — spitting out towering clouds of hot gas and debris in a powerful early morning explosion on Thursday.
There were not reports of new casualties.
Surono, a state volcanologist, said Mount Merapi is shooting hot gas clouds and soft volcano debris more than a thousand feet (4,000 meters) into the air.
The pre-dawn eruption followed a much more powerful blast on Thursday night that chased people from villages and emergency shelters along its scorched slopes.
