Iran will continue to develop its nuclear program and has announced that it will unveil a new advancement in the coming months, reported Reuters on Saturday.

The head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, said that the country has made an achievement in connection to the production of fuel for its Teheran research reactor.

The UN Security Council placed new sanctions on Iran on Wednesday because of the Islamic Republic's refusal to stop enriching uranium which can be used to develop nuclear weapons.
