Itai Ben-Dror, suspected of killing his three children in Netanya last month, will be charged with three counts of murder at Petah Tikva District Court on Monday, Channel 2 reported.

Ben-Dror's attorney was expected to file a request that he be sent for psychiatric evaluation in order to determine if he is sane enough to stand trial.

Prosecutors are expected to request that Ben-Dror remain incarcerated while legal proceedings against him take place.
