 Major American Jewish organizations are set to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday in an event accompanying his visit to discuss proximity talks with President Obama, according to a JTA report.

Leaders of major American Jewish groups, including the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the Anti-Defamation League and other important Jewish figures will be meeting with Abbas in a meeting organized by the Center for Middle East Peace.
