J'lem: Thousands of Haredim protest against enlistment

Some 2,500 Haredim, mostly youth and children, protested in Jerusalem on Monday against governmental plans to increase haredi enlistment.

Some of the children showed up at the demonstration wearing handcuffs. Protesters were chanting in Yiddish and the demonstrations were peaceful.
