J'lem court: Hanegbi's crimes involved moral turpitude

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court on Tuesday morning announced its sentence in the trial of MK Tzahi Hanegbi, ruling that his crimes involved moral turpitude.
The ruling means that Hanegbi's tenure as a Knesset member will be suspended immediately.
If an appeal is not submitted to the district court, Hanegbi's membership in the Knesset will be terminated.
