A 56-year-old resident from the Haifa suburbs was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Sunday after he was convicted of sexually abusing five of his nieces and nephews for a period of 23 years.

The indictment filed against him by the Haifa District Court stated that the man committed indecent sexual acts by force. The court ruled that he would compensate the victims with NIS 205,000.
