Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman addressed Sunday's rocket attack from Gaza while visiting an IDF base in th Galilee Tuesday.

Liberman expressed that there will be no Israeli help in rehabilitation of Gaza until the strip is demilitarized.

"Hamas can not expect Israel to allow them to rearm themselves while robing the citizens of Gaza by collecting their taxes," Liberman stated, "Where do these taxes go? They aren't going to the welfare of the Gazan people, they aren't building houses for their residents, instead they build tunnels."

"They don't care about their residents, they care about their tunnels and rockets," Liberman added.
