Deputy Health Minister Ya'acov Litzman was at Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital on Monday, to visit soldiers wounded in the IDF raid on a Gaza protest flotilla earlier in the day.
When asked to comment on the clashes, in which an estimated 15 activists were killed, Litzman retorted, "What can you say? There are people who say they're trying to bring humanitarian aid, but [they come with] rifles and knives. What can you say about that?"
