Litzman regrets disagreements with doctors, residents

Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman expressed regret on Thursday that the heads of medical departments and medical residents that resigned rejected the offer to add NIS 100 million to the wages of doctors that agreed to work during all hours of the day in the healthcare system, Army Radio reported.

The United Torah Judaism MK said that the proposal would add nearly NIS 10,000 to the salary of a thousand doctors.
