Tel Aviv police arrested a 22-year-old Givat Shmuel man Monday on suspicion of embezzling from the supermarket in which he worked.
The suspect allegedly got access to the cash register via a supervisor's swipe card which was used to steal tens of thousands of shekels from the Givat Shmuel supermarket.
The suspect is to be brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court where a hearing to extend his remand will be held.
