Police arrested a Kfar Saba man, 55, on suspicion that he punctured the tires of a car belonging to the head of the Israel Police security system, Brigadier General Meir Ben-Yishai.

Although Ben-Yishai claimed that the man attacked his car because of his position in the police force, the suspect was apparently angry about the way Ben-Yishai parked his car.
