Man sentenced to life for killing landlady in Ashkelon

Beersheba District Court on Monday sentenced a man to life in prison for murdering his 75 year-old landlady in Ashkelon.

The victim, Leah Zagura, was killed by Vlad Ezer when she asked him and his girlfriend for the rent some four years ago. Ezer asked Zagura to give him more time to provide the rent money and choked her to death when she refused. He hid her body in the apartment and escaped.
