Members of Libya rebel council to visit White House

WASHINGTON - A delegation from the rebel Transitional National Council fighting to overthrow Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi will visit the White House for the first time on Friday, the White House said on Thursday.
The group, led by Mahmoud Jebril, head of the council's executive bureau, will meet President Barack Obama's national security adviser, Tom Donilon, and other senior administration officials, the White House said in a statement.
