Ministerial C'tee: Stores must give refunds on returns

The Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved on Sunday a proposed bill that stores be required to give customers a full refund for items returned within 30 days of a purchase.
MK Dalia Itzik of Kadima proposed the bill, which she called "a consumer revolution that will fix an injustice that has existed for years."
