Ministers from Turkey, Brazil, Iran hold talks

ANKARA, Turkey  — The foreign ministers of Turkey and Brazil said Sunday that they support a diplomatic solution to Iran's nuclear standoff.

They spoke before meeting with their Iranian counterpart.The UN last month imposed tougher sanctions on Iran after failing to get the country to accept a UN-drafted plan to swap its low-enriched uranium for higher-enriched uranium in the form of fuel rods Iran needs for a medical research reactor.
