Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and US Republican presidential
candidate Mitt Romney have a long-standing relationship dating back to
1976, according to an article published Sunday in The New York Times.
Romney and Netanyahu both worked as corporate advisers at the Boston
Consulting Group and attended the same weekly firm sessions.
The shared history has led to a warm friendship, which included joint meals in Boston, New York and Jerusalem, The New York Times article
reported. A network of mutual friends and their common conservative
ideologies have further drawn the two politicians together.
