Netherlands to form new conservative Cabinet

The Christian Democrats in the Dutch parliament have agreed to cooperate with an anti-Islam party, removing the last hurdle to forming a conservative Dutch government.
The Christian Democrats, or CDA, will join a minority Cabinet led by the pro-business VVD party, and with tacit support from Geert Wilders' anti-Islam Freedom party. The trio have already announced a blueprint for curtailing immigration and making major spending cuts.
After a meeting in The Hague, two holdout members of the party put aside objections to working with Wilders, who is on trial on charges of anti-Muslim hate speech.
