The day before the procession for kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit sets out from Mitzpe Hila towards Jerusalem, Noam Schalit called out Saturday to members of the public to ask them to join.

"I call to the public that thinks the time has come to bring back Gilad, who has been rotting away in captivity for four years, to join us with their feet," said Noam.

The procession will last 12 days and cover a distance of 250 kilometers, going from town to town until arriving at the protest tent for the kidnapped soldier outside Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s residence in Jerusalem.
