Obama urged to pardon Pollard

A campaign to free convicted spy Jonathan Pollard has mobilized ahead of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s meeting with US President Barack Obama next Tuesday.

As opposition leader in 2007, Netanyahu visited Pollard in prison in North Carolina and vowed to work for his release, though he has not met with Pollard or his attorney during his current tenure in office.
