Obligatory use of headlights on intercity roads begins

Drivers on Israel's intercity roads were required to turn on their headlights at all hours of the day, beginning Tuesday, as part of a yearly edict which runs from November 1 to March 31.
Trucks, motorcycles and public transportation vehicles are required to use their headlights on all roads during the period, including urban roads.
