Pearlman released to house arrest; police want extension

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's court released Haim Pearlman to house arrest Wednesday after being held for more than a month.

The Shin Bet and police are expected to submit a request to extend his remand for at least one more day after they claimed one of Pearlman's victims identified him as a suspect.Pearlman is suspected of murdering four Arabs and the attempted murder of seven more.
