Police believe a man was stabbed in a fight and killed overnight Monday in Jisr e-Zarka, south of Haifa.

Police arrested three residents of the village for suspected involvement in the man's death.

According to an initial investigation, the man retreated to an apartment in the village after having been stabbed, and eventually succumbed to this wounds.

The 25-year-old victim's wife called police to the apartment. They subsequently opened an investigation into the circumstances of his death.
