Police announced on Sunday that the man suspected of stabbing an 87-year-old man in Rishon Lezion last week, seriously wounding him, was taken in for questioning. The man, a 33-year-old drug addict, had attempted to plunder the old man's apartment while posing as a mailman. A struggle ensued when the old man caught on to the scheme and confronted the burglar in his home. Plagued by guilt, the suspect turned himself in a day after the incident.
