Police on Monday decided to close the case against Supreme Court Justice Yoram Danziger for suspected ties with Bat Yam Mayor Shlomi Lahiani, Army Radio reported.

The Lahiani investigation was completed and the findings handed over to state prosecutors. Police said that their was insufficient evidence to indict Danziger.
