Possible tornadoes cause damage in Canada

Violent storms that may include tornadoes have ripped across parts of Ontario, with reports of funnel clouds causing damage in at least three areas. Several buildings are damaged and trees are strewn throughout the southwestern Ontario town of Durham after a possible tornado touchdown. Ontario Provincial Police have not confirmed any injuries or deaths. York Region police say they have reports of injuries after a possible tornado sighting near Newmarket, north of Toronto, but nothing has been confirmed.
