Rabbi Amar reportedly says mosque arson may be blood libel

Chief Sephardic Rabbi Shlomo Amar on Monday said that the mosque arson that took place in Tuba Zangria overnight Sunday may have been a blood libel, Army Radio reported on Monday, citing an interview on a haredi radio station.
"We have experience in these things in the past. We cannot be sure that there was not some malicious plan to stir up hatred between Jews and Arabs," Amar was quoted as saying.
