Kadima chairman Haim Ramon said on Monday that it was imperative for Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to present his policy to Israel before taking it to Washington.

Speaking on Israel Radio, Ramon said that the prime minister should announce Israeli policy and publicly state,  "This is our position, that's what we want as a Jewish and democratic state."
