The Tourism Ministry on Monday announced that it has reached an all-time record of incoming tourists during November.

A total of 310,000 tourists visited Israel last month, an increase of 23 percent compared to November 2009 and a 19% increase from November 2008.

Since January 2010, 3.18 million tourists came to Israel and 3.45 million are expected to visit by the end of the year. This year's record shows an increase of 29% from 2009 and 14% from the record in 2008.

In addition, 2.6 million tourists stayed at least one night during the period between January and November 2010, an increase from the 2,572,000 total for 2008.
