Report: Lebanon arrests 2nd telecom spy suspect

A second Lebanese man has been arrested on suspicion of spying for Israel, Reuters reported Thursday.
The man was the second employee of a state-owned telecommunications firm to be arrested on allegations of espionage.
Lebanese security authorities were quoted as saying that Tarek Raba'a was "more dangerous" than the previous suspect.
Raba'a worked at the company for over 10 years, according to the sources, and had been in contact with Israel since 2001.
