The Shin Bet has proposed a deal that would allow Haaretz reporter Uri Blau back into Israel, Channel 10 reported.

Blau would reportedly have to submit to an investigation in Israel, but would not be arrested.

Blau is currently in London, ever since Anat Kamm was suspected of leaking confidential information to him.
