A joint report from the Committee Against Torture in Israel and the Adalah organization released Tuesday alleged that Israeli soldiers abused Palestinian prisoners during Operation Cast Lead, and used detainees as human shields.

An IDF spokesman responded to the claims, saying they were recycled and had been rejected by the Supreme Court in the past.

A Palestinian cited in the report alleged that "one of the soldiers took out his penis and began to urinate on me while I was lying on the floor."
