Police said they received a call reporting an attempted kidnapping of a 15-year-old Jewish girl near the Jerusalem suburb of Abu Gosh on Tuesday afternoon.

The girl told police that two Arab youths offered her a ride in their vehicle before she ran away from them towards her home.

Two Arab men driving a car that fit her description were stopped at the Qalandiya checkpoint. The two young men were taken in for questioning.
