Magen David Adom evacuated a three-year-old Israeli boy from Route 60 after the car he was traveling in came under rock attack on Saturday evening.

The boy was taken to the Hadasah Ein Kerem Medical Center with a head injury. Paramedics said he was lightly injured.

Attackers threw rocks at the Israeli vehicle as it travelled near Shilo Junction in the Binyamin region of Samaria, the army said.
