A woman from the West Bank settlement of Telmon was arrested on Thursday afternoon, for attacking a Special Patrol Officer who had come to secure an inspection by civil administration officials enforcing a settlement construction moratorium. The woman was taken to the Binyamin police station for questioning. Police said that no other arrests were recorded in connection with settler protests.
