Jewish Agency Chair Natan Sharansky on Monday addressed the attack by an IDF officer on an unarmed pro-Palestinian activist, saying that Israel acts appropriately to such incidents.
Speaking at the Netanya Academic College, Sharansky said that "although the IDF officer lost his self-control, it is important to remember that Israel treats people who break the law in accordance with international law, which is in contrast to others such as Hamas."
