Shirley Marder, the young woman who suffered liver failure and was in critical condition after taking Nurofen, will undergo a liver transplant Tuesday, reported Army Radio.

According to the report, Belinson hospital in Petah Tikvah issued a statement saying the liver injury as a result of taking pain killers is rare phenomenon, and said there should be no worry about using such medications.
