Soldier hurt by rock throwers at Nabi Salah protest

An Israeli soldier was hurt Friday afternoon after being hit by stone thrown during a demonstration near the Palestinian town of Nabi Salah, west of the city of Ramallah.

Over 100 Palestinians, Israeli and international left-wing activists participated in the protests, throwing stones at IDF forces before they were dispersed with tear gas and water cannons.The injured soldier was reported to be lightly wounded.
