State sues Egged for illegal use of land in J'lem

The state filed a civil complaint against national bus company "Egged" in Jerusalem District Court on Sunday. The complaint accused the formerly-state-owned bus line of illegaly using land at the entrance to Jerusalem.
The state prosecutor was demanding NIS 48 million from the bus company for illegally using 20 dunams of state land adjacent to the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood as a parking lot and garage for dozens of years.
