Steinitz says ministry committed to reform in broadcasting

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz met over the weekend with the head of the Israel Broadcasting Authority (IBA), Amir Gilat, and expressed his full commitment to implementing a planned reform in the IBA.

The finance minister said that he expects the Knesset to approve the reform and noted that the Economic Committee has the responsibility to ensure the implementation of the program because it its important for the future of public broadcasting.
