A Sudanese refugee has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to rape a 22-year-old woman on Tel Aviv's Bnei Brak Street, police said Thursday. The man allegedly first sexually harassed the woman, and when she tried to get away in her car, he attempted to break the windscreen with a stone. The woman then opened the car door and the man allegedly punched her in the face, broke her nose and tried to rape her. When she resisted, he allegedly stole her phone and ran away. He was subsequently caught and was expected to be remanded in custody later Thursday.
