Suspect in Bosnian genocide detained in Israel

The State Prosecutor's office announced on Tuesday it seeks to extradite Alexander Zvtkovic, a man wanted for genocide in Bosnia.  

The suspect was arrested  by the National Department of International and Serious Crimes of the Israeli police.

A petition filed by the State Prosecutor's International Affairs Department indicated that Zvtkovic participated in the Srebrenica massacre in July 1995, during which Muslims were murdered in eastern Bosnia.
