HOUSTON - Texas executed a Mexican national on Thursday after
the US Supreme Court declined to act on concerns raised by the Obama
administration regarding international treaty violations.
Garcia, 38, was executed by means of lethal injection at a state prison in
Huntsville after both the Supreme Court and Texas Governor Rick Perry declined
