Richard Lakin, who was critically wounded in a terrorist attack in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Armon Hanatziv two weeks ago, succumbed to his wounds on Tuesday.

Lakin, 76, was shot in the head and stabbed in the chest during an attack on a bus in Armon Hanatziv, and was since treated at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem’s Ein Kerem.

An American-Israeli, Lakin is the third victim to have died as a result of the attack.
